Return Policy

At VastraStylz, we make returns fast, easy, and efficient. Please
Pack the items in the box provided on the original sales receipt and securely place them in a box or the package used to deliver the item. (If you do not have the sales receipt you may use a paper with your name, order number, address )

Please return merchandise only upon confirmation from us, as instructed by us. Those returned without prenotification will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer expense.

VastraStylz accepts returns in the following case:

Damaged product

The product delivered is not according to the specifications submitted by you.

You must return your merchandise for store credit within 10 days of delivery.  Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and placed in original packing. If items are in less than perfect condition, the items will be sent back at the customers expense.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return product. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS ON OUR REFUND POLICY. We do not refund shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 42 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and payment will be done within 7 days.

We do not offer an exchange policy, order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.

Exclusions:

We cannot refund money on accessories and jewellery. However, we issue store credits instead, that can be used for future purchases at Vastrastylz..

Clearance items  are strictly non returnable and non refundable.
